VYGOTSKY'S THEORY --YULI TATIANA BUITRON

According that I have been reading, Vygotsky's contributions have great significance for the constructivist theory and achieved that learning is not considered as an individual activity and otherwise be understood as a social construction. Reality, at schools and colleges is a bit worrying because in educational establishments traditional methods still dominate the pedagogical practices; for example, are used different primers with illustrations and archaic forms and only work processes of memorization and repetition that children doesn’t have sense. In this moment, I work as a teacher in primary school. Really, I feel very happy because I like it. According to pedagogy and didactics that have taught me in my process of becoming a teacher, I have learn many tactics to teach of a constructivist way for learning meaningful for the child. My practice is focus on social interaction because students learn more when working cooperatively. Also, I teach through images, songs, nursery rhymes, stories, videos and the main actor in the process is always the student.

In constructivist classrooms, unlike the conventional lecturer, the teacher is a facilitator and a guide, who plans, organizes, guides, and provides directions to the learner, who is accountable for his own learning. The teacher supports the learner by means of suggestions that arise out of ordinary activities, by challenges that inspire creativity, and with projects that allow for independent thinking and new ways of learning information. Students work in groups to approach problems and challenges in real world situations, this in turn leads to the creation of practical solutions and a diverse variety of student products.

VIGOSTSKY’S PHILOSOPHY MARIA ALEXANDRA PEÑA

In the social development theory Vygotsky primarily explains that socialization affects the learning process in an individual. This means that when we talk to our peers or adults, we talk to them for the sake of communication. After we interact with other people, we tend to internalize what we uttered. The Social Development Theory includes three major concepts. These are comprised of the Role of Social Interaction in Cognitive Development, the More Knowledgeable Other and the Zone of Proximal Development. Role of Social Interaction in Cognitive Development social interaction has a vital role in the cognitive development process; Vygotsky argues that social learning comes first before development. Through the Social Development Theory, Vygotsky states that the cultural development of a child is firstly on the social level called interpsychological, and secondly on the individual or personal level called intrapsychological. The Zone of Proximal Development is the distance between what is known and what is unknown by the learner. It is the difference between the ability of learner to performer a specific task under the guidance of his MKO and the learner`s ability to do that task independently. Basically, the theory explains that learning occurs in ZPD. In conclusion the context is central and social interaction becomes the engine of development potential. Learning and development are two processes interact. Learning occurs more readily in group work and interaction with parents facilitates learning. Constructivism considers active subject, build their own learning stimuli from the social environment by an agent and by language. So we learn from the students as the students learn from us.

Vygotsky Constructivismo. Kely Marcela Bolaños

CONTRUCTIVISM
I believe that constructivism is known as one of the schools that has been established space research and has participated in education, with very good results in the area of learning, the philosopher Vygotsky believed that human development is a process of cultural development. Therefore, training of psychological functions are superior is through practice and instrumental activity, but not individual, but social interaction or cooperation, constructivism has been established in some important points.
The student is responsible for their own learning
It is he who builds his own knowledge.
Teaching focuses on the constructive mental activity of the student, not only activates when driving, explore, discover, or invent, but also to read or listen to,
Thus Vygotsky theory has focused on the importance of the teacher as facilitator of learning growth in students. Importantly, students acquire more knowledge when it comes collaboratively. Vygotsky thinking is to look from a different perspective on learning seen as a social construction.
Vygotsky thought that leaves us to implement in our area as future teachers is the emphasis on teaching a role that cannot be limited solely to create optimal conditions for the student to deploy a constructive mental activity rich and diverse; the teacher becomes a facilitator who should lead this activity so that the construction of the student progressively closer to what they mean and represent the content as "cultural knowledge" based on the form of meaningful learning, caring for others and take responsibility for them at school. Special attention to all students to feel welcome and safe, both educational and social support and learn to respect others and themselves. This is achieved through the participation of parents, teachers and students representing and accountability and voice to all parts of the school to participate in building a positive community within it. Intended to maintain the theory of constructivism and l good collaborative learning

Thinking about construtivism

I think that the constructivism is the better way for help our education but the teacher can't forget that students need the guide and motivation in all momento. Maybe in a lot of opportunity the teacher only leave work and investigation for the students but isn't pending that need your student.

Vygotsky and your thinking. Hector Jhovany Zuluaga Gutierrez

Vygotsky was a man that considered the importance of the interaction of the students with the learning. Likewise the social environment was necessary for your development. The students must build your own knowledge having a guide like your teachers. Mutual learning and team work on fundamental theories of Vigotsky.  Thus we come to the concept of constructivism. Where his theory came.

The learner with less cognition is helping for other that have more cognition or skills. This is a excelent form  for help to obtain knowledge.
